Hope Public Charitable Trust Organizes Grand Medical Camp in Collaboration with Sri Ramachandra Medical College – Over 200 Beneficiaries Receive Free Healthcare Services

Hope Public Charitable Trust, committed to enhancing the well-being of underprivileged and marginalized communities, successfully organized a large-scale medical camp in collaboration with Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute. This mega event witnessed an overwhelming response, with over 200 beneficiaries availing the free medical services provided at the camp.

The camp was designed with a holistic approach to healthcare and included more than 20 medical specialties. Expert doctors, nurses, and medical students from Ramachandra Medical College actively participated in the camp, providing high-quality care and consultations to the beneficiaries. Services provided included General Medicine, Orthopaedics, Eye Screening, Dental Check-ups, Physiotherapy, and Psychiatric Consultation, among others.

Each department set up well-equipped counters to screen and treat the visiting patients. The General Medicine team diagnosed and treated common ailments, while the Orthopaedic department offered relief to patients suffering from joint and muscle pain. The Eye Screening unit provided vision testing and referred patients for corrective procedures and spectacles, while the Dental team conducted oral hygiene assessments and provided necessary treatments. The Physiotherapy team helped those with physical mobility challenges, offering personalized exercises and therapies. One of the notable services was psychiatric consultation and mental health screening, which brought awareness and support to many individuals and families in need.

In addition to these, there were nutrition consultations, blood sugar and blood pressure testing, skin care assessments, pediatric check-ups, gynecological advice, and other specialized services tailored to the unique health requirements of the attending population.

The medical camp served as a beacon of hope for many families who otherwise struggle to access affordable and quality healthcare. Hope Public Charitable Trust and Sri Ramachandra Medical College ensured the camp was conducted with utmost care, compassion, and professionalism, making it a truly impactful initiative.

The success of the event was evident not only in numbers but also in the smiles and gratitude expressed by the beneficiaries. The camp created significant health awareness among the public and demonstrated the power of collaboration between NGOs and premier medical institutions.

Hope Public Charitable Trust remains committed to organizing more such camps in the future, with a vision of building a healthier and more empowered society for all.
