On 28.04.2026, the Lions Club of Oragadam City, under the visionary leadership of Dr. V. Nagarani, inaugurated a Pink Toilet initiative aimed at promoting dignity, hygiene, safety, and sanitation facilities for girl children. The concept was initiated by Lion P. Manisekar, District Governor PMJF, reflecting a strong commitment toward creating safe and accessible sanitation spaces for young girls. The event was graced by Lion R. Narasimhan PMJF, upcoming District Governor, along with dedicated Lions members and community representatives. The initiative highlighted the importance of sanitation as a fundamental right and marked a meaningful step toward empowering and supporting the well-being of girl children within the community.
