On 25/06/25 medical camp was organized at the Hope Public Charitable Trust Shelter for Men with Intellectual Disability by Dr. Praveen Kumar from the Urban Health and Wellness Center (UHWC). The primary objective of the camp was to offer routine medical check-ups, facilitate early diagnosis, and provide basic treatment and health education tailored to the individual needs of the residents.
This initiative aimed at ensuring better health outcomes by addressing the medical concerns of the residents with compassion and care. The camp proved to be a successful step towards enhancing the overall well-being of the shelter’s residents. Dr. Praveen Kumar and the UHWC team rendered their services with dedication and empathy, which was greatly appreciated by both the staff and the residents.
The Trust looks forward to continued collaboration with the Urban Health and Wellness Center to ensure sustained health monitoring and medical support for the residents.
