SUCCESS STORY OF A SPECIAL MOM (MOTHER OF A SPECIAL CHILD) – Mrs.Revathi

Mrs. Revathi is a competent and active woman. She was really interested in learning, but she was unable to enroll in college. She intends to work after marriage, but she spends the entire day with his younger child. She has a positive outlook on life. She has two sons, the younger of whom has autism and is hyperactive, delayed in development, nonverbal, etc.

After regular therapy sessions in our hope autism Centre poonamallee which includes occupational therapy, speech therapy and special education, at present her son has improved a lot. Recently he got 3rd place in 50 meters (state level running competition).

Hope & Priyam is running a program for the mothers of special children for their livelihood, training, advocacy, medical etc. we provide counseling and skill-based training for their betterment.

Now she is very happy with the tailoring program and wire basket weaving. At present she earns a small monthly income with the help of the above training and feels her life much happier.
