On 30th April 2025, a special Cycle Rally for Persons with Disability was organized by the Social Welfare Office, Tiruvallur, at the OCF Ground, Avadi. The event began at 8:00AM and witnessed active participation from 15 enthusiastic students across various special schools and institutions. This rally aimed to promote physical fitness, confidence, and social inclusion for persons with disabilities.
Representing Hope Special School and Vocational Training Centre students Vishal and Isakkiraj participated in the rally with great enthusiasm and determination. Among them, Vishal, another talented student from our home, delivered an outstanding performance and secured Second Place in the event. His skill, stamina, and spirit stood out, earning him a spot at the State Level Cycle Rally competition.
This achievement reflects not only Vishal’s personal growth but also the consistent efforts of the staff, therapists, and caregivers at Hope Public Charitable Trust who guide and support our children every day. Events like these play a crucial role in empowering children with disabilities, providing them with opportunities to break barriers and showcase their potential.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Vishal on this remarkable milestone and wish him the very best as he moves on to represent at the state level.
