On 30th April 2025, Special Olympics Bharat hosted a vibrant and inclusive Multi-Sports Event at the Nazareth College of Arts and Science Ground in Avadi. The program commenced at 11:30 AM and featured an array of engaging games such as Football, Bowling, Bocce, and Food Ball, specifically designed to promote athleticism, teamwork, and confidence among persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Several students from Hope Special School and Residential Home participated in the event, showcasing their talents and sportsmanship:
- Vishal took part in the Football event, displaying great agility and coordination.
- Kumar also joined the Football competition, contributing actively to his team.

We are proud to announce that our students has been selected to participate in the State Level Bowling Event, thanks to his impressive performance. His selection is a moment of pride and encouragement for all of us at Hope Public Charitable Trust.
Special Olympics events like this play a vital role in promoting inclusive sports and offering equal opportunities for persons with disabilities to thrive. We express our sincere gratitude to Special Olympics Bharat and Nazareth College of Arts and Science for organizing this meaningful event and fostering a spirit of inclusion, joy, and celebration.
