Ms.ASHITHA is a postgraduate in Social Work, specialized in Human Resource
Management and has two years of working experience in a research consultancy. As an M & E Officer, her role is to assist in the revision of program activities, coordinate all the shelter home activities and report to the head office of the NGO on monthly basis. She also takes care of planning fundraising campaigns, involves in the development of the Shelter home and NGO, prepares monthly reports, blogs, fundraising proposals, etc.
She develops plans for the project-related capacity-building programs for quality output. She also takes care of and coordinates all the activities planned in the shelter. She resides at ‘Hope Shelter for Women with Psycho-Social Needs’; there she involves in several documentation works, progress reports, blogs, website coordination, etc. She involves with the team whenever necessary.
