International Women’s Day and Foundation Day

Women’s Day was celebrated along with the 14th Foundation Day of the Trust. Since the
the target group of the shelter home is women with psychosocial needs, it was significant to
celebrate the day and give awareness on the same. The program was inaugurated by the chief
guest, Ms. Sanjana Singh, renowned south Indian actress and model, and Dr. V. Nagarani,
founder & Managing Trustee of HPCT.
Mr. Rakesh Sharma, administrator of HPCT addressed the chief guests and hosted the program. On this occasion, the Monthly Magazine series, named ‘VOICE OF HOPE’ was launched. Ms.Sanjana Singh launched and received the first copy of the magazine. She supported this initiative by going live on her Facebook and Instagram page. Following this, the residents performed programs and special lunch was distributed on the same day. Few residents who are above 60 years of age were honored on the day. Assistant Coordinator of
Greater Chennai Corporation, Ms. Sofia was honored by Dr. V. Nagarani for the support she gave to the shelter home. Donate to children in need and Sponsor a child in need
