HOPE PUBLIC CHARITABLE TRUST
Hope Trust is non-governmental organisation striving to remove stigma, create awareness and empower Intellectually Disabled community by catering to the needs of about 110 special children from poor socio-economic background.Currently we are running a Special School for Intellectually Disabled children, recognized under State Commissioner of Differently Abled at Ambattur and a Care and Protection centre for abandoned Intellectually Disabled boys at Aminjikarai. These children are identified and collected through child welfare centre and police stations. Children are given special education, rehabilitation, vocational training, physiotherapy, occupational and speech therapy.
