Specifically when it comes to women with special needs and women with mental illness, they are considered as a stigmatic group. Therefore, as a women with a capability to work for their welfare, Dr. V. Nagarani, Director and Founder of Hope Public Charitable Trust, took the initiative to start this psychiatric rehabilitation shelter home, with the support of GCC to start this project.
