Hope Public Charitable Trust units at Aminjikarai, Egmore and Annambedu joyously celebrated Vinayagar Chaturthi. While the women with psychosocial needs at Egmore participated in colorful celebrations that reflected a spirit of hope and unity, residents at the shelter for Men with Intellectual Disability in Aminjikarai and Annambedu observed traditional prayers and enjoyed festival sweets. These celebrations explored the fundamentals of cultural inclusiveness and community building in addition to bringing a sense of joy and normalcy.
