The Golden Jubilee RUN – 2025 of Nazareth Academy was successfully conducted on 24th August at 6:00 a.m. with the inspiring theme “Run for a Drug-Free Future.” The marathon witnessed the enthusiastic participation of more than 1000 students, parents, teachers, and staff members, who joined in the 2KM, 5KM, and 10KM categories.
The run was officially flagged off by Tr. K. Ferozekhan Abdullah, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Avadi District, as the Chief Guest. The event was further graced by Thiru Hendry Maris, Secretary of Nazareth Academy, and the Guest of Honour, Dr. V. Nagarani, Founder of Hope Public Charitable Trust.
The program highlighted Nazareth Academy’s fifty years of educational excellence while also raising awareness about health, fitness, and social responsibility. The school and college principals, along with the organizing committee, ensured the smooth execution of the event. Special recognition was given to the efforts of Amar, Sports In-charge, for his role in the successful coordination of the marathon.
The Golden Jubilee celebration was a memorable occasion that not only honored the institution’s legacy but also promoted a strong message of building a healthier, drug-free future.
