
In the first and second week of June Hope Public Charitable Trust conducted a fever camp in Periyar nagar which was led by a team of Doctors and Nurses from Korattur Urban Primary Health Centre the community people young,old and children from Ambedkar Street, MGR Street and Kakkanji Street of Periyar Nagar responded the fever camp with enthusiasm and eagerness.
Kabsura kudineer was also provided by the community outreach worker Mrs. Vennila and by other community intervention program team of Hope Public Charitable Trust in this service program sector works of Greater Chennai corporation also participated.
Our outreach worker Mr.Sathish conducted a fever camp at Amman kovil Street and vinayagar koil Street entrance with digital thermometer to intervene the floating population by wearing safety suit and mask. The public responded tremendously.
At the time of lockdown our outreach worker Mr Rao conducted a fever check camp in the respective Korattur field. A dedicated worker, Mr. Rao went door to door to monitor the body temperature of the community, he was wearing mask and safety suit for self protection. The inhabitants were overwhelmed and responded spontaneously. Nearly more than 400 residents were covered. The community were thankful to Hope Charitable Trust for the selfless services and demanded more for such medical camps.
Hunger of a child should be met with a kind plate of food and serving hands. For we have enough to give and those who give whole-heartedly bring out the best in their lives too!
